The hotel had some nice rooms, but my experience was marred by poor service. Check-in took an excessive amount of time, and I felt that the staff was not equipped to handle simple requests. The situation with the billing also left a sour taste; the front desk was uncooperative when I needed assistance with my credit card. On a positive note, the rooms were decent enough, clean, and comfortable, which is a relief.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms, a lovely breakfast, and a fantastic pool area. The staff, especially Kim, made us feel at home and were incredibly helpful. However, the dining options could have had more variety, and the breakfast was a bit standard. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and a great spot for family stays.
